Guidelines

Community guidelines

DRAFT. Edit this to fit how you want the community to run.

What comments are for

Short, thoughtful remarks about a passage: what it means to you, a question, a related verse. Reference verses by name, such as “see Psalm 22:1.”

What we won’t publish

Links of any kind, advertising, abuse or attacks on people or groups, content that mocks other people’s faith, personal information about anyone, and anything unlawful.

How moderation works

Comments appear as soon as you post them. A moderator can remove any comment at any time, without giving a reason, and may close an account that repeatedly breaks these guidelines. If two readers report a comment, it is hidden until a moderator has looked at it. You can delete your own comments at any time.

Your name

Your account name appears beside your comments. Don’t use a name you want to keep private.

Suggestions and corrections

Suggesting a passage or a correction to a voice or badge is welcome. Cite the verse that supports it. A moderator decides, and we may change or decline suggestions.
